Hill's Brecon is a family run restaurant, owned by husband and wife, Owain and Emily and their daughters, Matilda and Tabitha. HILLS are very proud of their young front of house team.
All of their produce is sourced locally using some of the best producers in Wales. Keep your eyes out on the menu for a few of them. They are worth checking out.
