Max La Manna is an award-winning chef, author and presenter who was named Digital Creator of The Year by Fortnum & Mason in 2022. He is known for creating easy, accessible, plant-based recipes for his over 1.2 million followers and is on a mission to inspire, excite and transform the way we cook, store and save food.
Max has over 15 years of cooking experience, he started cooking at a young age in his father's restaurants and has worked in Michelin-starred establishments. He has been featured on Food Network, Guardian Feast, Vogue, The Times, and recently appeared on BBC One’s Saturday Kitchen. Max’s new book, You Can Cook This! is out in March 2023 and includes over 100 simple, sustainable veg-led recipes to help you save money, time and waste, whilst enjoying delicious easy meals.
