Doom Bar Daiquiri

A beery twist on a classic drink: the sweetness of the malt from the Doom Bar balances the acidity from the lime, and heightens the molasses and caramel in the rum.

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml golden rum
• 25ml lime juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 35ml Doom Bar
• Slice of lime

METHOD

1. Put all the ingredients into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for 10-12 seconds
3. Strain, pour into a goblet or martini glass.
4. Garnish with a slice of lime.
