All entry tickets for 2023 are recommended to be saved on a smart device i.e., phone, tablet etc. This means you do not have to worry about physically printing out your ticket ahead of arriving on the farm.
If you are still struggling to download your tickets the week of Big Feastival, please bring your booking reference with you to the Box Office where we will be able to help you further.
If the attendees are going to be aged 13 - 17 at the time of the festival, they will need to purchase a Teen Ticket.
Those aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by someone over 18 whilst at the festival.
Those aged 15 or younger will need to be accompanied by someone over 21 whilst at the festival.
Please note: Teen Tickets cannot be purchased without an Adult (over 18) Ticket and a maximum of 4 Teens can attend with 1 Adult.
Proof of age may be required by all members on your booking and we reserve the right to refuse entry should you not be able to provide satisfactory ID.
Excepted forms of ID include, but are not limited to: passport, driving licence, national identity card, birth certificate or any Government-approved PASS card.
Wristbands must be worn by all festival attendees at all times. Failure to do so may see you removed from the event.
Whilst we are unable to offer a refund, you are welcome to gift your ticket to a friend or family member if you can no longer attend.
If you have any further question, please email us enquiries@thebigfeastival.com
If you have purchased a campervan pitch and have a towing vehicle, one parking permit per towing vehicle is included in the ticket price.
For those with caravans and trailer tents, please note that towing vehicles must be removed from the Campsite and parked in the public car park.
If your tent is to remain on a trailer, then you will need to purchase a campervan pitch alongside your weekend camping tickets.
You will need to purchase camping tickets as well as a campervan pitch.
Please be assured that tickets from third-party ticketing websites such as Viagogo, eBay, Facebook and Stubhub, are not sold by us as the event organisers. We do our best to eliminate these tickets being sold on third party ticketing websites however, unfortunately some guests still look to sell their tickets on these platforms.
We do not accept tickets at the event that have been sold via a third-party ticketing website and, if these are flagged on our ticket scanners as not legitimate, you may be refused entry to the festival.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that tickets bought from a third-party website will permit you entry to the festival and we therefore would advise you to retain the tickets you have already purchased to avoid any disappointment on the day of your visit.
Each ticket has a unique QR and/or barcode, which can only be scanned once.
For all ticket purchases, we advise you to go through the official Big Feastival website to ensure a safe purchase.
