All our entrances are accessible and step free. We are working to make Big Feastival as accessible as possible. However, Big Feastival is an outdoor event in fields that could pose problems for mobility (particularly in wet weather). Please see below image of the terrain across the site.
If you find queueing difficult and require a faster entry to the festival upon arrival with your PA, please make yourself known to a steward at the gate who will be able to fast track your entry.
Please note that there are bag searches in operation at all of our entrances.

Please be aware that there may be use of strobe lighting on the main stage during some performances. Please note some of our other stages may use strobe lights.

Complimentary tickets will be provided for Companions or Personal Assistants for standard adult ticket holders who require additional assistance.
For those with Child and Teen tickets, a complimentary Companion or Personal Assistant ticket shall also be provided if required, but the child or teen must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder (such adult ticket holder may be the Companion or Personal Assistant).
Please be prepared to present the relevant documentation to support your complimentary ticket request. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.

All documents provided must show your full name and be dated from no older than 2019.

The above scheme and facilities are for customers with permanent/ long term access requirements and are not for people with temporary impairments such as broken bones, healing wounds or people who are pregnant.
PA’s attending through this scheme need to be 18 years old by the start of the festival.
When you arrive at the entrance to the festival and have your tickets scanned, you will then receive your accessible wristband and your accessible lanyard. You will then have access to all of our accessible facilities. Please note you do not need to go to the Box Office to redeem these items.

Assistance dogs are permitted to the event but this must be an assistance dog that is recognised by one of the official charitable organisations as members of Assistance Dogs UK.
Please note, therapy dogs or animals are not permitted at the event, in line with guidance from leading animal welfare charities Pets as Therapy and the RSPCA.
Please note if you do need to bring your assistance dog with you, you must inform our team ahead of your visit on email@example.com.
To access blue badge accessible parking for The Big Feastival please follow this link: https://thebigfeastival.com/tickets. Please scroll down to ‘Parking Passes’ and choose the correct option for your booking. Once you are on this chosen link, you will see the option to select a £0.00 Accessible Car Park Pass.
Day Accessible Parking is located next to the Day Visitor Entrance. Please access via the Red Gate and ask the stewards for guidance if needed.
Camping Accessible Car Park is located next to the Accessible Camping Field. Please enter via Blue Gate and follow the signs to the Accessible Camp Site.
