Brand new for 2023, Terroir Tapas are joining us on the farm for bank holiday weekend!
Terroir Tapas are an eco-aware restaurant offering a tasting menu with a big nod to doing what they can to eliminate waste, chemicals and unnecessary carbon trails. It’s all about preserving & enhancing what we have on earth. Their dishes are inspired by worldwide cuisine but are made from mainly British ingredients that they make or grow themselves, forage from the local area or source from the most ethical places around the UK.

Farm-en: bone stock (or vegetable/vegan stock) with new forest mushrooms, marrow noodles, a cured egg, spring onions, fine beans and miso aubergine |
Poole bay oysters served with either natural, hot sauce or spiced tomato |
Breakfast: bubble & squeak and a fried Burford brown egg |
Kids special: BBQ corn rings & British bean houmous |
