HotBox use a combination of kiln-dried Hickory and Oak in our 1-tonne Rotisserie Smoker. The meat is dry-rubbed and cooked low and slow(ly) to create tender, succulent cuts that melt in the mouth. Be careful though, there's plenty of spice to get those taste buds fired up!
