Sophie Michell is currently the Food & Drink Director at Byron. She hails from a long line of avid foodies & professional cooks, and has been working in the industry for over twenty years. She’s gained experience with some of the top chefs & restaurants in London including Le Gavroche, The Lanesborough & The Greenhouse, and in 2013, Sophie was delighted to become the UK’s youngest female Executive Chef at London’s chic Belgraves Hotel.
Sophie also has a successful career outside of the kitchen as a TV presenter, host + author. To date, Sophie’s written eight cookbooks, including Cook Yourself Thin, which accompanied the Channel 4 show of the same name. Other TV highlights include Sunday Brunch, This Morning & BBC America.
