Matt Cross is the chef and mastermind behind Crossfire Cooking, and will be demonstrating his cooking skills on The Fire Pit with Tito’s Handmade Vodka stage on Saturday!
Having been classically trained, Matt’s passion for cooking over fire started whilst working in a professional kitchen and in 2019 ventured out and started his own business, Crossfire Cooking, which specialises in all things BBQ; from open fire pit Asado cooking to low and slow smoking.
