Meet your Fire Pit compere, Julien Brown!
After decades of working in the city, Julian moved into the world of Live fire cooking and has already established himself as the go to person for all things fire. He has travelled extensively during this time, learning new skills, working and cooking with some of the finest chefs on the planet.
Aside from the fire cooking and teaching, Julian has managed and hosted numerous Fire Stage activations at events such as Taste of London and has worked with brands such as Rolls Royce, Krug Champagne, Redrow Homes, IMG and recently appeared on Clarkson’s Farm working in the Didley Squat Restaurant.
Julian also has a deep interest of foraging and fermentation, developing a cooking style which fuses a strong passion for English, seasonal, sustainable and ethical produce with Nordic and Asian preservation techniques, cooked over fire, to create something a little different.
