Anna Haugh takes old Irish recipes and refines them, making the dishes more elegant but still with the heartbeat of Ireland. This permeates through her restaurant Myrtle where there is a large focus on great Irish produce, music, and culture.
Anna has worked with an array of chef’s including Phillip Howard and Gordon Ramsay and is a TV regular on BBC’s Morning Live and was a new Judge in Master Chef’s: The Professionals with Marcus Wareing and Gregg Wallace.
