How do I receive a refund for my Big Feastival ticket?

Ticketmaster will send an email to all ticket holders with the option to transfer or refund your ticket. Please respond to their email by 12th June, as stated in the email. If they don’t hear from you then your booking will automatically transfer to The Big Feastival, 27th – 29th August 2021.

I have booked my tickets via another ticketing agent that is not Ticketmaster, what do I need to do?

Your ticketing agent will be in touch with information on how to request or refund, or transfer your tickets to The Big Feastival 2021. Please contact your chosen ticketing agent’s customer service directly if you have not heard from them yet.

I can’t remember who I booked my Ticket through?

Ticketmaster is the main ticket agent for the festival. However, you may have also purchased a ticket through Festickets or Yurtel. Please check for confirmation emails from any of these companies.

Can I transfer my Big Feastival ticket(s) over to next year’s event instead of receiving a refund?

Yes. Ticketmaster will be sending you an email with the option to transfer or refund your ticket which you will need to respond to. If you request to transfer your ticket to 2021 then Ticketmaster will implement this on your behalf. You can only transfer the ticket type you have purchased (Camping/Weekend/Friday/Saturday/Sunday tickets). No changes to ticket types can be made. If you don’t respond to the email from Ticketmaster by 12th June your ticket will automatically be transferred.

What will the dates of The Big Feastival 2021 be?

The Big Feastival 2021 will take place on 27 – 29 August 2021.

Will The Big Feastival 2021 have the same line up as 2020?

Nile Rogers & CHIC (Saturday 2021), Rag‘n’Bone Man (Sunday 2021) and Sigala (Friday 2021) have all confirmed they will be joining us in 2021. We will continue to work with all other artists and chefs but there may be some changes to the 2020 line-up, including exciting new additions.

I want to transfer my add-on services (e.g upgrades) across to next year’s event and claim a refund for my Big Feastival ticket. Is this possible?

No, unfortunately, you can only transfer add-on services if you are also transferring your Big Feastival ticket to next year’s event.

I have contacted Ticketmaster regarding my refund but still haven’t heard back. What do I do?

We’re sorry you haven’t heard back from Ticketmaster. They are extremely busy processing refunds for a large number of customers and ask that you please be patient with them at this very busy time.

I haven’t purchased a ticket for The Big Feastival but I would like to attend the festival next year. When are The Big Feastival 2021 tickets on sale?

General sale tickets for The Big Feastival 2021 will go on sale later in the year. Please sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear when this is.

How long do we have to decide if we want to transfer or refund tickets?

Please respond to the Ticketmaster email by 12th June with your option to transfer or refund your ticket. If you don’t respond by this date your ticket will be automatically transferred to 2021.

What if some people in my booking no longer wish to attend/or are unable to attend?

You should apply for a full refund in the email from Ticketmaster and then rebook when 2021 tickets are on sale. We cannot issue partial refunds/transfers..

Will my parking pass be transferred over?

Yes, if you have chosen to transfer your tickets to 2021, all bolt-on services will also be transferred over as part of your booking.

Will my When Nature Calls booking be transferred over?

If you have booked luxury loos with When Nature Calls, they will be in touch directly to issue a refund. Please note this can take up to 10 days but if you have any concerns please contact info@when-nature-calls.co.uk.

Will Yurtel bookings be transferred over?

If you have booked Boutique Camping and or tickets through Yurtel, they will be in touch directly to discuss transfer or refund options with you.

I’m on a payment plan, what happens to my tickets?

If you have booked through a deposit scheme, we will be pausing this for a short time and will contact you shortly with new payment dates so you can complete payment if you wish. Alternatively, you can also opt for a refund on the Ticketmaster email.
