At The Big Feastival HQ, food is always on our mind and this summer's foodie line-up just got tastier! We have some super exciting new chef names joining the bill, as well as the announcement of this summer's Feasts and Banquets.
We are delighted to reveal the details of our ever-popular Friday Night Supper Club dining experience, as well as sharing news of exclusive pop-up restaurants including Patrón Tequila & Breddos Tacos, Le Bab and The Cheese Bar, as well as our all new Collaboration Kitchen, featuring top street food names. The Collaboration Kitchen
New for 2018, we have created the ultimate street food experience. The Collaboration Kitchen will play host to some of our incredible street food names, including Oli Baba's, Shake Shack and Le Swine, who'll be collaborating on a series of special edition menus...exclusive to The Big Feastival! The new intimate dining space will host 20 festival-goers across 4 sittings each day, giving you the chance to try these one-off, Instagram-worthy creations.
Tickets are limited and will be available to book at the festival on a first come first serve basis. All proceeds will be going to our charity partner, Action Against Hunger.
Friday Night Supper Club
We are over the moon to announce the return of our Friday Night Supper Club in support of Action Against Hunger. The award-winning Bristol restaurant, The Ethicurean will be hosting the evening with a specially designed menu based on seasonal local produce for guests to enjoy under the stars.
Our brilliant drinks partners, Warners Edwards Gin, will be providing a welcome cocktail and guests will also enjoy a glass of Vevue Clicquot champagne paired perfectly with the meal. Tickets will be available on our website at 9am on Thursday 24th May, so get in quick as this Feastival favourite sells out fast!
Pop Up Restaurants...
New to The Big Feastival this year, Le Bab explore new approaches to the ancient Kebab dish. The kebabs combine brilliant seasonal ingredients and wood-fired flavours of the Middle-East, pull up a seat and give one of these bad-boys a try...you won't regret it!
Patrón Tequila & Breddos Tacos
Exclusively to The Big Feastival, Patrón Tequila and Breddos Tacos are collaborating to bring visitors the ultimate Mexican-inspired food and drink experience. What could be better than tacos and tequila…Vamos de Fiesta!
Cottons Caribbean Rum Shack
Cottons Caribbean Rum Shack will be turning up the heat at The Big Feastival with fresh fruit rum-based cocktails and a fiery Caribbean BBQ serving homemade jerk chicken wings and mouth-watering Jamaican patties. Get ready for live reggae, steel pans, rum tastings and limbo dancing!
The Cheese Bar
Straight from their digs in Camden Town, The Cheese Bar will be bringing a taste of the Big Smoke to The Big Feastival this year. Think grilled cheese sandwiches, British cheeseboards and wines courtesy of Le Cave de Pyrene. They'll be hosting a range of talks, workshops and pairing sessions featuring the very best producers the UK cheese industry has to offer.
Joining our Chef Line-up...
Royal Wedding cake maker, Claire Ptak has joined our line-up of superstar chefs! Alongside running her bakery-café, Violet, in East London, Claire is a food writer, food and prop stylist, recipe developer and consultant... on top of making Harry and Meghan's wedding cake (no big deal!)
Chef powerhouse, Annabel Karmel, is coming along to the farm this summer. Credited with starting a food revolution with her trusty recipes and methods, Annabel has changed the way families around the world feed their little ones. That's not all, the UK's No.1 children's cookery author has 41 books to her name... and counting!
