How to pre-book our Table Sessions and M&S Food Cook Schools

A Feastival First: New Booking System for 2023

This year we have implemented a pre-bookable system for our M&S Cook Schools and Table Sessions.

Previously the sign-on process for these activities has been an ad-hoc drop in, and we received feedback that the system was not always fair for all of our guests.

Whilst we still have limited spaces on these activities, we hope that a pre-bookable system that is available to everyone at the same time, ensures a fair chance for all. We have also increased the number of seats available compared to last year, to make sure even more of our Feastival go-ers get to enjoy the activities.

Booking systems will open at the below times

Monday 21 August

Tuesday 22 August

Process

1. Once the booking system is open, follow the link to the booking page
2. Select the activity you would like to book, and the number of spaces* you require
3. Click ‘checkout’ and proceed to the next page
4. Complete the form, including adding the name of each person who will be filling each space
5. You are done!

Please note: you can only book a maximum of four people per booking and there is a maximum of one booking per person.

Session arrival

Please note you MUST arrive 15 minutes before your allocated session. If you do not arrive 15 minutes early, your spot may be given to someone who is waiting.

In the event that we have spaces available due to no-shows, spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
