Friday at The Big Feastival never looked so good...

With the Main Stage line-up almost complete, our tastiest street food menu to date and family fun planned to the max, summer on the farm has never looked so good...and it's not too late to join us.

Kick off your Bank Holiday in style!

Let's be honest, nothing beats a Friday. So what better way to mark the end of the working week, than by celebrating Friday at The Big Feastival 2017 and some of the magic that awaits...

Brit Pop rockers and creators of feel-good hits "Staying out of the summer" and "Good Enough", Dodgy will be kicking off musical proceedings on Friday afternoon. Reggae chart toppers Gentleman's Dub Club will treat crowds to their energetic and exhilarating live show, ahead of Feastival fave and the king of the "Good Times" Norman Jay MBE. We are also super excited to be welcoming English singer-songwriter, and winner of 2015 X Factor series Louisa Johnson to the stage this year. 

As day turns into night, the rave is most definitely on as British electronica and dance sensations Faithless DJ Set warm up the crowds with an amazing set ahead of our epic headline act Haçienda Classical. As you well know, it's not all about the music. The chef line-up is hotting up nicely. DJ BBQ, José Pizarro and Neil Rankin will be sharing some of their favourite recipes live on stage, along with Robin Gill and Feastival legend Gennaro Contaldo. 

We have oodles of family fun planned between our Little Dudes' Den, Big Top, Village Green and Workshop as well as Crayon & Crafts, and Tom Fool's Tree House which are brand new for this year. Be ready for the little ones to go crazy as we prepare for a very special visit from Marshal from Paw Patrol on Friday afternoon!

Brand new camping options

This year we have added a few new exciting options for our camping crowd.

We have taken any stress out of setting up camp by introducing a pre-pitched tent option. Say good bye to the dreaded carpark-to-campsite luggage haul, and hello to every time-poor person's dream! All you have to do is turn up on Friday and your perfectly pitched tent will await you. 

Lots of you come in large groups and want to coordinate your camping plans so this year we have introduced the option of pre-booking specific guaranteed plots. Head to the Yurtel website to reserve yours today, and relax in the knowledge that you and your pals are camping together.

Recipe corner

Tis' the season...for delicious lamb dishes. This week at Big Feastival HQ we've been testing out José Pizarro's Braised Lamb Shanks with Baby Potatoes, Black Olives and Mint and we urge you to do the same. You won't be disappointed.
