Festival season is upon us, bringing with it an explosion of energetic festival fashion moments. We adore witnessing different expressions of personal style through festival clothing, whether it be sequins and face glitter, or full boho-chic.
We’ve teamed up with Barbour, an iconic brand synonymous with festival looks, to dive into the captivating world of festival fashion, exploring the top trends and tips to help you curate your perfect festival look for the farm this summer.
Fringe, Glitter, and Sequins: Festival fashion thrives on playful embellishments. Adorn yourself with flowing fringe, shimmering glitter, and sparkling sequins to catch the light and radiate positive energy.
Bold Colours, Prints and Patterns: Embrace vibrant, funky prints like tie-dye, gingham and florals. The bolder the better we say. After all, how is Tom Grennan going to notice you from The Main Stage if you’re in all black?!
Finesse your festival wardrobe with these feminine florals and gingham dresses from Barbour.

Statement Accessories: Hats, sunglasses, bucket hats, flower crowns, regular crowns, feather boas (and more) are such fun festival essentials.
If you forget your flower crown, you’ll be able to make one on the farm at one of our flower crown making stations!
Nothing says festival style more than a classic bucket hat and crossbody bag for storing all your essentials and keeping you hands-free. Explore our favourite accessories from Barbour to upgrade your look for the farm!

Comfortable Footwear: We love stylish yet comfortable footwear like boots, sandals, or trainers, as you'll spend hours dancing and exploring the fields.
Ideally you want a shoe that can take you from a boogie in Alex James’ Cheese Hub to a cooking class in The Village Green. Versatility is key!
Wellies are such a staple for festival fashion. Whilst we’re usually blessed with sunny weather on the farm, it’s always good to be prepared.

Layering: Whilst the days often bring sunshine, the evenings can take a chilly turn so layering is key! Bring a range of lightweight jackets, cardigans, or jumpers.

Comfortable Fabrics: We want to maximise time dancing, feasting and having the best time. So make sure to pack comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely, such as cotton, linen, or lightweight knits. Stay away from materials that may be uncomfortable whilst dancing.
Makeup and Hair: To add an extra dose of festival magic to your look, let your creativity flow. Get creative with bold makeup looks, face gems, glitter, floral headbands and cute hairstyles. If you’d like some extra help or inspiration, head to one of the make-up and hair stands where the team will be ready to help you achieve your look.
We can’t wait to see you on the farm and admire your festival fit. See you soon!
